“The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul.”

About the Dream Worker

Jessica (She. Her. Hers) has been collecting, transcribing, translating, and creating from her vast dream symbology for over 25 years. She took her first dream interpretation class at the age of 17.  Jessica believes in the magic and sacredness of dreams and sees them as the ultimate storytellers. Currently, she practices dream catching daily with her two punks (kids) and accompanies dreamers through both one-on-one sessions and weaves collective dream practices. She has taught dream workshops at artist residencies, community based health collectives, and at her family reunion. In her waking life, she engages in a constellation of work in addition to dream accompaniment. On any given day you can find her parenting, tending to her monstrous plants, engaging in disruption of white body supremacy work, facilitating a parent circle for parents of kids who have disabilities, making art, and/or working as an independent consultant for social justice nonprofits.

A Note About The Limits of Dream Work:

Dream Work cannot be considered a substitute for the therapeutic process. Jessica is not a trained psychologist or counselor. Dream Work should be considered an addition to therapy rather than in replacement of therapy. Individuals who are currently engaged in therapy are strongly encouraged to continue. Jessica would be happy to refer folks to compassionate and competent therapists as needed.

“A dream that is not understood remains a mere occurrence; understood it becomes a living experience.”

— Carl Gustav Jung
